Recently, an instructor from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass Amherst), Arlo, shared her experience using Sensay in her class and observed noticeable improvements in her students\u2019 speaking confidence and learning motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Students Are More Willing to Speak and Even Practice on Their Own<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arlo noted that students have responded very positively to Sensay. This is clearly reflected in the growing number of recordings submitted on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She shared one particularly telling example: One student who often struggled to find time to complete assignments on other platforms still made time to complete her Sensay speaking practice because she found it genuinely valuable for improving her English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This highlights an important insight: <strong>When students see the value in learning, they are much more willing to invest their time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Increased Participation Is the Most Visible Change for Teachers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For teachers, the most meaningful change is not just in the data, but in student attitudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arlo shared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been wonderful to see students excited about speaking and improving their pronunciation.
